Shipping
We ship across the UK with a tracked service. Shipping is free on orders over £30; a small flat rate applies to smaller orders. You'll receive tracking details by email once your order is dispatched.
Delivery times
Orders are usually dispatched within one to two working days. UK delivery typically takes a few working days after dispatch.
Returns
We offer 30-day returns. If something isn't right, email support@homeez.com within 30 days of delivery and we'll guide you through the process. Items should be returned in a resalable condition where possible.
